Replace Furnace Base bricks

Replacement Bricks in LPG Furnace base only IF lid needs repair this is a separate cost.

The following restorative works will be undertaken to bring your furnace BASE only back up to standard:

1. Removal  and disposal of all inner bricks including Quarl
2. Replacement and recutting of 8 new bricks
3. Inspection of backup insulation and repair replace as necessary
4. Cleaning of stainless outer casing
5. Gas jet cleaned
6. Gas pipe blown through with high pressure hose
7. Gas pressure leak test
8. Flame failure device test
9. Fill all cracks allow to dry
10. Cover all working surfaces with alumina fire cement (If Required)
11. Assembly and test fireing to temperature

Please note

1. If the furnace stainless housing/case or base is heat damaged in any way and needs repair. We will inform you of the cost before proceeding.
2. Replacement of damaged burner parts, flame failure devices, taps hoses or regulators is not included in this price.  We will let you know what needs replacement with price before proceeding with any of this work.
